Shoppers

There are two ways to get a presale ticket. Every consignor earns 2 tickets to our consignor presale, just for tagging and dropping off their items. If you want to shop EVEN EARLIER, consider being a DBC Kidz volunteer. All volunteers that work for at least one 4 hour shift receive a ticket to our earliest presale just for volunteers.

We hold a seasonal sale twice a year. 

March – Spring/Summer Sale

September -Fall/Winter Sale

There is no admission fee to come to our public sales.
Strollers and kids are both welcome.

We accept cash, check, VISA/Mastercard, or Apple Pay.  A 3% fee will be added for all electronic payments. 

We are located at 6917 Forest Hills Dr., Denver, NC. This is the Denver Baptist Church Main Campus, The entrance is located beside BB&T. You will find gently used clothes, shoes, baby items, and toys in our Worship Center (entrance under the portico) and large toys and baby equipment in our Chapel (enter the first door of the building, closest to Hwy 16.).

Saturday from 8 am to noon  is our “Half-off” sale. Anything marked with the word “Discount” will be HALF-PRICE on Saturday.

Consigners

All of the information on how to register is listed on our “How to Consign” tab under the Consignor menu including a link for Registration, What items can be sold, and How to Tag your items.

We have a 30 item minimum to register as a consignor. Keep in mind that our volunteers inspect every item that comes in, so you will want to bring your best things. If something has a strong odor, is torn, dirty, or worn, we will place those items back into your bin and they will not be sold.
Our consignors set their own price on their items. They will receive 70% of what sells, and DBC will keep 30% to go toward our mission scholarships. Checks are mailed in 1-2 weeks.
There is no registration fee to consign.

Volunteers

We do not allow children under the age of 16 to be at the sale during volunteer hours. If you have a child that is 16 or older that wants to help, please email our volunteer managers for special approval. These children may work during our drop-off or breakdown times, but not during a sale.

You will need to sign up for one 4-hour shift (with the exception of our set-up volunteers) in order to earn a pre-sale ticket and shop FIRST.  You will receive ONE ticket to the Volunteer pre-sale. This ticket will get ONE person in to shop early Tuesday at 5pm.
